Live IN Purpose is a movement rooted in the belief that when you are in something, you are fully surrounded by it, and it is time to be fully in your purpose. Everyone was created for a reason, with something only they can do, and life is too short to live any other way. I created Live IN Purpose, LLC to inspire, equip, and support people who are ready to step into what they were made for. With more than 20 years of experience as a media executive, and purpose-driven leader in TV, entertainment, marketing, and communications, I have seen how clarity, confidence, and courage can transform careers.

Meet the Founder

With lived experience, strategic insight, and genuine encouragement, I help you pivot in purpose and step boldly into what’s next.”As CEO and Founder, I bring over 20 years of experience in television, media, and brand management. My career began in local news in Washington, DC, where I honed my skills in storytelling and production before moving on to national platforms. I expanded into corporate distance learning, creating and managing training content for Fortune 500 companies, further sharpening my expertise in communications and operations.
From producing and marketing for major networks like BET, leading creative operations for award-winning campaigns, I’ve also had the privilege of working on elite productions such as the Academy Awards. Beyond media, I serve as Chief of Staff for a fast-growing startup, guiding strategy, operations, and brand alignment.
Across every role, one constant has remained: the power of clarity, strategy, and purpose to transform both brands and careers. Today, I leverage that expertise to help women own their path, elevate their voice, and lead with intention.
